Amina's Chicken dust marinade

Ideal to use as a marinade for chicken, meat  or fish

All ingredients are blended together at a constant rate for a specific period of time, to ensure the blended product is of a consistent texture

Red coloured spice

Water, lemon concentrate( contains sulphur dioxide),  vinegar, chilli powder (2.5%), salt, ginger paste (fresh ginger, water), garlic paste (rehydrated garlic, water), crush chilli, maize, spices (1.6%)( coriander,  fennel, star anise, cumin, black pepper), vegetable oil (sunflower seed, contains antioxidants TBHQ), flavour enhancer (disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate), wheat (gluten),  paprika, onion powder, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soya), mustard, colourants (turmeric extract, paprika extract), sugar,  celery, acidity regulator (E330), preservative (sodium benzoate, sodium metabisulphite)
