Amina's Chicken Tikka marinade

Ideal to use as marinade for meat dishes especially chicken

All ingredients are blended  together at a constant rate for a specific period of time to ensure the blended product is of a uniform consistency

Red to orange coloured paste

Water, crushed chilli (4.4 %), lemon concentrate (contains sulphur dioxide), salt, vinegar, ginger paste(fresh ginger, water), garlic paste(rehydrated garlic granules, water), chilli powder (2 %), vegetable oil (sunflower seed, contains antioxidants  TBHQ), maize, spices (1.5 %)(coriander, cumin, star anise, fennel), flavour enhancer (disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate), wheat (gluten), hydrolysed vegetable protein (soya), mustard, colourants (paprika extract, turmeric extract), sugar , acidity regulator (E330), celery, preservative (sodium benzoate, sodium metabisulphite)
