Amina's Lemon Pepper sauce

Ideal to use as marinade in meat dishes

All ingredients are blended  together at a constant rate for a specific period of time to ensure the blended product is of a uniform consistency

Pale yellow colour liquid with black pepper specs

water, salt, sugar, onion powder, garlic paste (rehydrated garlic granules, water), black pepper(2.3%), lemon concentrate 2% (contains sulphur dioxide), flavour enhancer (disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate), modified maize starch, paprika, vinegar, acetic acid, herbs, chillies, vegetable oil(sunflower seed, contains antioxidant TBHQ), hydrolysed vegetable protein (soya), preservative (sodium  benzoate, sodium metabisulphite)

A  lemon flavoured sauce with slight heat from pepper

Shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions
