All ingredients are blended together at a constant rate for a specific period of time, to ensure the blended product is of a consistent texture

Light brown to reddish coloured spice

Water, spices (4.8%)(coriander, cumin, star anise, fennel), salt, chilli powder (3.1%), garlic paste (rehydrated garlic granules, water), ginger paste (fresh ginger, water), crush chilli, vinegar, turmeric, acidity regulator (E330), preservative (sodium benzoate, sodium metabisulphite)
