Amina's Spare Rib Marinade

Ideal to use as a marinade for meat dishes or as a basting sauce

All ingredients are blended  together at a constant rate for a specific period of time to ensure the blended product is of a uniform consistency

Deep red coloured sauce

Sugar 5%, vinegar, water, garlic paste (rehydrated garlic, water), ginger paste (fresh ginger, water), lemon concentrate (contains preservative sulphur dioxide), salt, vegetable oil (sunflower seed, contains antioxidant TBHQ), crush chilli, maize, spices, chilli powder, flavour enhancer (disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate), paprika, herbs, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soya), tomato paste, mustard, celery, preservatives (sodium benzoate , sodium metabisulphite )

A excellent blend of spicy, sticky sweet, savoury barbeque taste

Shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions
