Amina's Spicy Texan sauce

Ideal to use as marinade in meat dishes

All ingredients are blended  together at a constant rate for a specific period of time to ensure the blended product is of a uniform consistency

Reddish brown coloured paste

water, sugar (3%), chilli powder, crush chilli, chutney (1.7%)(sugar, water, peaches, apricot), salt, lemon concentrate (contains sulphur dioxide), vinegar, garlic paste (rehydrated garlic granules, water), ginger paste(fresh ginger, water), molasses, tomato paste , maize, flavour enhancer(disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate), modified maize starch, paprika, herbs (oregano), vegetable oil (sunflower seed, contains antioxidant TBHQ), hydrolysed vegetable protein (soya), acidity regulator(E330), preservative (sodium benzoate , sodium metabisulphite )
