Ideal to use as marinade for meats dishes

All ingredients are blended  together at a constant rate for a specific period of time to ensure the blended product is of a uniform consistency

Dark brown to red coloured paste

Water, lemon concentrate (contains sulphur dioxide), vinegar, salt, spices (3%) (coriander, cumin, black pepper), garlic paste (rehydrated garlic granules), ginger paste (fresh ginger, water), maize, chilli powder, crush chilli, flavour enhancer (disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate), sugar, vegetable oil (sunflower seed, contains antioxidants TBHQ), paprika, colourants (turmeric extract, paprika extract), celery, hydrolysed  vegetable protein (soya), acidity regulator (E330), preservative (sodium benzoate, sodium metabisulphite)
