All ingredients are crushed together at a constant rate for a specific period of time, to ensure the  product is of a consistent texture

Light red coloured chilli paste

Fresh red chilli (16 %), garlic paste (8%) (rehydrated garlic granules, water),  vinegar, salt, lemon concentrate (contains sulphur dioxide), acidity regulator (E330), preservative (sodium benzoate, sodium metabisulphite)

A strong chilli garlic taste

Shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions
