Aminas Chicken curry Marinade

Ideal to use as a marinade, or in curry for chicken, duck

All ingredients are blended  together at a constant rate for a specific period of time to ensure the blended product is of a uniform consistency

Brick red coloured paste

Water, spices (5.3%)(coriander powder, cumin, star anise, fennel, black pepper), chilli powder (3.3%), vinegar, garlic paste(rehydrated garlic granules, water), ginger paste (fresh ginger, water),  salt, crush chilli, maize, turmeric, acidity regulator (E330), preservative (sodium benzoate, sodium metabisulphite)

A excellent blend of aromatic spices with heat

Shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions
