Fresh green chilli (16 %), garlic paste (8%) (rehydrated garlic granules, water),  vinegar, salt, lemon concentrate (contains sulphur dioxide), acidity regulator (E330), preservative (sodium benzoate, sodium metabisulphite)

Shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions
