Ideal to use as marinade in meat dishes

All ingredients are blended  together at a constant rate for a specific period of time to ensure the blended product is of a uniform consistency

Pale yellow to green coloured liquid paste

Maize, water, garlic paste(rehydrated garlic granules, water) , salt, lemon concentrate(4%)( contains sulphur dioxide), vinegar, sugar, wheat (gluten),  modified maize starch , flavour enhancer (disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate), herbs 0.6% (parsley, basil, thyme, oregano & rosemary) , spices, acidity regulator (E330), preservative (sodium benzoate , sodium metabisulphite)

A  mild savoury blend with a burst of lemon and herbs taste and aroma

Shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions
